Spencer Charlton

Spencer Charlton is an Equity Analyst for Guardian Capital LP (Guardian). He joined Guardian in 2023 with the responsibility to conduct equity research on mid- to large-capitalization companies across stock markets in Canada, US, Europe and Asia.

Spencer’s career in the financial services industry began in 2019 when he joined BMO Nesbitt Burns and interned in Private Wealth operations and Private Wealth sales departments. Directly before joining Guardian, he worked with the Capital Markets team at Canaccord Genuity.

Spencer graduated from Queen’s University with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
