Scott Perfonic

Scott Perfonic is Vice President, National Accounts and Strategic Partnerships for Guardian Capital LP (Guardian Capital). He joined Guardian Capital in 2015, focused on growing retail intermediary relationships in British Columbia. In 2020, he held the role of Vice President, Investment Solutions and Head of Affiliated Distribution. He assumed his current role in 2025 and contributes to Guardian Capital’s goal of building and strengthening strategic relationships with national account partners to drive long-term business growth.

Scott’s career in the financial services industry began in 2001, when he joined Raymond James Ltd. He held positions with responsibility for the growth, development and operations of their fee-based programs. As well, he worked with a high-profile Raymond James investment advisory team.

Scott graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Diploma of Technology in Financial Management. He has earned the Canadian Investment Management (CIM) designation.
