Joe Sirdevan is Investor and Head of Galibier™ Strategies for Guardian Capital LP.
Joe joined Guardian Capital LP in October 2025 following its acquisition of Galibier™ Capital Management Ltd., where he had previously served as CEO and Investor.
Joe is a former partner and lead manager of North American Equities at Jarislowsky Fraser Limited. While at Jarislowsky Fraser, Joe was the lead Portfolio Manager and previously Director of Research for $20B+ Canadian and $5B+ U.S. equity portfolios. Before his 17 years at Jarislowsky Fraser, Joe was an investment analyst at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board for three years.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, an MBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA® Charterholder.
