Hai is an Investor for Guardian Capital LP.
Hai joined Guardian Capital LP in October 2025 following its acquisition of Galibier™ Capital Management Ltd., where he had previously served as Investor since 2023. Before that, Hai was a senior investment analyst at TD Wealth Management and held equity research roles at Mawer Investment Management, PXP Vietnam Asset Management, and Vina Securities. He began his career as an audit associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd.
Hai holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Swinburne University of Technology, a Master of Finance degree from Victoria University of Technology, an MBA from the University of Toronto and is a CFA® Charterholder.
