Guillaume Rivest

Guillaume Rivest is Vice President, Investment Services, Retail Intermediary for Guardian Capital LP (Guardian).  He joined Guardian in 2018 with the mandate to support Guardian’s distribution activities and initiatives within the retail intermediary channel across the province of Québec.

Guillaume’s career in the financial services industry began in 2004 when he joined Desjardins Financial Group. Prior to joining Guardian, his most recent position with Desjardins was as Business Development Director, where he supported and advised on distribution and business development in multiple channels, including Full-Service and Online Brokerage, as well as Private Wealth Management. 

Guillaume graduated with a Bachelors degree in International Business and Management from HEC Montréal and an Executive MBA from Université de Sherbrooke. A native French speaker, Guillaume is also fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
