About the Summit
Guardian Capital LP is excited to host you in person at our international Due Diligence Summit in London, England. We hope you will join us as we travel to the heart of this one-of-a-kind city and in a class of its own, where we have secured accommodation at The Londoner, the world’s first super boutique hotel, located in Leicester Square.
At the Due Diligence Summit, seasoned investment professionals from GuardCap Asset Management Limited, our UK-based subsidiary, and Guardian Capital LP will offer insights into their strategies and investment processes. This unique opportunity offers a perfect forum to network and exchange ideas.
Attendees are required to pay for their flights, accommodation and personal incidental expenses. Guardian Capital LP will only cover applicable meeting costs, including food and beverages associated with the Conference, and may arrange some local city attractions for your free-time enjoyment.
Your spouse or an adult guest (partner) is welcome to attend and participate in the off-site meals and afternoon activities. Guest accommodation, travel costs and personal incidental expenses are at their or your expense.

Destination & Hotel
You will be responsible for booking and paying for your flights to and from London, England, and transportation from and to the airport.
We have negotiated a rate of £450.00 inclusive of VAT per Deluxe King Room per night (plus applicable taxes, fees, and personal incidental expenses) at The Londoner Hotel. Based on availability, The Londoner Hotel may also offer extended accommodations at the same rate.

For your convenience, we have secured rooms at the rate of £450.00 per night inclusive of VAT. However, there is limited availability, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure the guaranteed rate.
Following event registration, your confirmation notice will include a hotel reservation portal link to make your room booking and facilitate a smooth check-in process. No payment is necessary at the time of your registration. On check-in, the hotel will require a ₤150 pre-authorization payment as a guarantee to cover extras and incidentals during your stay. All hotel reservations must be received by the cut-off date of Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
