Anthony Messina is the Head of Private Wealth, including the President of Guardian Partners and Managing Director for Guardian Capital Advisors LP. Previous roles at Guardian included President and CEO of Worldsource Securities and Worldsource Financial Management (2018-2021).
Prior to joining Guardian in 2016, he was instrumental in building and growing I3 Advisors, the predecessor to BNY Mellon Wealth Management Canada’s outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) business. During his tenure as President, he served as a member of various global operating, pension, and investment strategy committees, and as director of the Canadian and Cayman Island businesses. Anthony began his career in the financial services industry at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). His business experience is broad and includes investment management, venture capital, business and operations management in private and public companies.
Anthony is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business, holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation and is a CFA® Charterholder. He is active in numerous charities, including as a director of Villa Colombo Vaughan. He is also a member of the MacKay CEO Forums, a leading CEO peer learning organization.

Kimberly Hu is Vice President, Investment Counsellor for Guardian Partners. She works directly with clients to address their investment and wealth management needs, assisting with portfolio strategy design and implementation, investment manager recommendations and continuous portfolio oversight. Previously, Kimberly served as Vice President, Investment Counsellor at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Advisory Services (WMAS), a firm she joined in 2008 as an Investment Analyst prior to being promoted to Senior Investment Analyst and Associate Investment Counsellor. She became an Investment Counsellor in 2016. At WMAS, she also held responsibility for oversight and investment management of proprietary funds.

Kimberly received her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University. She is a CFA® Charterholder and a member of the Toronto CFA Society. Denisa Farrow is Vice President, Investment Counsellor for Guardian Partners. She works directly with clients to address their investment and wealth management needs, assisting with portfolio strategy design and implementation, investment manager recommendations and continuous portfolio oversight. Prior to this, Denisa held the same role at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Advisory Services, which she joined in 2012, and has over 20 years of industry and pension investment consulting experience.
In that time, her roles have been focused on developing and implementing investment strategies for institutional clients, including defined benefit and contribution pension plans, endowment funds and charitable organizations. Denisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business, with a focus on investment finance. She is a CFA® Charterholder and a member of the Toronto CFA Society.

Andrew Dimock is Vice President, Investment Counsellor for Guardian Partners, where his focus is on addressing wealth management and investment needs for clients. Previously, Andrew was a Principal and Relationship Manager at Burgundy Asset Management, working with US-based clients, primarily family offices, foundations and endowments. Early in his career he spent time in Burgundy’s private client group and its associates rotational program working in many parts of the firm, including institutional investment management, compliance and trading. Complementing these activities, he has extensive experience in all aspects of business development and has a broad and deep knowledge of the investment management industry as a whole.
Before joining the industry full time in 2008, Andrew interned with BMW M in Munich, Germany.

Payton Liu is Director, Investment Research for Guardian Partners and a member of its research team - the Strategy and Solutions Group (SSG). He joined Guardian in 2021, assists with manager selection, and has responsibility for supporting portfolio construction, asset allocation and risk management.
Payton’s 11 years of experience with University of Toronto Asset Management Corporation (UTAM) further strengthens SSG’s investment research capability. At UTAM, his responsibilities included assisting with strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio construction, currency exposure management, investment risk management, and manager selection.
Payton has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Dalhousie University, Halifax, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. He also published his master’s thesis in International Journal of Managerial Finance and won Best Paper Award from the Northern Finance Association.

As Chief Investment Officer at Guardian Partners, Cameron's mission is to combine the investment strategies and disciplined portfolio construction and risk management utilized by pension funds and endowments, with the customization and client responsiveness required by private clients, to increase the robustness of investment solutions and to enhance the experience of Guardian Partners’ clients. Previously, he served as CIO of the Nova Scotia Health
Employees' Pension Plan, and was the Head of Real Assets at Albourne Partners in London, England. He also served as the Co-Chief Investment Officer of University of Toronto Asset Management (UTAM), and Chair of the Investment Committee for the entirety of the university’s investment assets. Before joining Guardian Partners, he founded Isengard Capital Management, which provided capital markets research to Albourne Partners and also designed a research platform which applied global macro, stock selection and quantitative strategies to generate long and short exposures in stocks.
Cameron is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Queen’s University, earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and is a CFA® Charterholder. He has been called to the Bar in Ontario.

Errol Kuszner is a Vice President, Investment Counsellor for Guardian Partners, where he works with high-net-worth families and institutional clients, focusing on their sophisticated investment needs. His area of specialty lies in working with family structures, pension plans, foundations, endowments and corporate accounts. Previously, Errol was in the same position at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Advisory Services (WMAS), where he held direct oversight responsibilities for the firm’s Investment Analysis Team and was involved with senior teams associated with pooled fund advisory, portfolio construction and client engagement. He joined WMAS in 2016 as an Investment Counsellor working with high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Jaz Gill is Chief Operating Officer for Guardian Partners, with more than 15 years of professional experience in the investment management industry. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer for BNY Mellon Wealth Management, with oversight of the firm's operational and administrative support staff as well as its systems and processes. His extensive experience in client service roles has enabled him to follow a unique, client-centered approach to the operational side of the business. Jaz earned his Bachelor of Administration in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
